Milana is talented and creative. The illness first appeared when she was just 6 months old, and one of her eyes had to be removed. She recovered and had 10 peaceful years. Then the disease returned, and Milana began fighting for her life again. She does well at school, taught herself to read music and began playing string instruments. Milana underwent two difficult operations. We paid for one of them with donations. She began treatment at Hadassah Ein Kerem and continued at Rambam. Our team gave her full support and assistance. We also made her dream come true: she received the blue electric guitar she had wanted for so long.
