Thank you so much, everyone!
Our combined efforts have raised 40,683 shekels.
We covered the remaining amount with funds from Sasha Shevchuk’s fundraiser. Together, we reached the goal of 100,000 shekels. Your donations and support made this possible. Thank you to everyone who took part!
We are all following Liza’s story and praying for her life and recovery. May each day bring her strength, comfort and hope. With her loved ones’ care and support, and her own inner strength, we hope she will overcome the difficulties ahead.
Here is news of our lovely young Liza, who has received a bone marrow transplant and is making steady progress towards recovery.
“The bone marrow transplant was successful![]()
Liza spent 28 days in an isolation room.
Those endless days brought so much…
Continuous morphine.
First feeding through a tube, which did not work, then through an IV.
A temperature of 39.0![]()
Terrible nausea, stomach pain, nosebleeds and vomiting blood.
The lining of her mouth and her tongue were badly damaged.
But
…one wonderful morning, I heard Liza’s voice for the first time in days. Her white blood cells had started working
. That endless HELL was over
.
The nausea stopped, her temperature was normal and the tests were good. Her throat still hurts, though less severely, and she often has nosebleeds. Her whole body is weak. Now she needs to regain her strength so she can be discharged sooner.
A physiotherapist comes to help her sit, walk and exercise her hand.
Liza has started eating a little fruit and porridge. After high-dose chemotherapy, everything tastes like paper.
In the evenings, the IV is disconnected for 2 hours and we go for a walk. Today, we will try walking.
We need to return to normal life, which means moving more, however hard it is. Liza understands this and pushes herself to do it.” — her mother, Anya.
We are so happy for Liza and wanted to share this good news with you. We wish her strength and success in everything, especially rehabilitation. She now needs to regain the use of her legs and hand.![]()

“COURAGE AND HOPE: ELIZAVETA KRYLOVA’S STORY OF FACING CANCER”
Elizaveta Krylova, aged 15, is facing Ewing sarcoma, a malignant tumour in her spine. Surgery and chemotherapy saved her. She can walk again and is regaining movement in her right hand.
After a desperate struggle with the tumour, doctors in Russia declined further treatment. Hope came from Israeli doctors at Schneider, where impressive progress has already been made.
But without 100% advance payment, Liza’s treatment may be interrupted. Together, we can help her face cancer and enjoy a healthy life again. Let’s join forces and give cancer no chance! #SaveLiza #FightCancer #md_terra_liza
